Three police officers in Rochester, New York, were shot Friday night "without warning at close range" while responding to a domestic call at a home, police said.

Three Rochester police officers were shot and a civilian is dead following an exchange of gunfire in the 19th Ward late Dec. 19.

A U.S. official tells ABC News that the U.S. Coast Guard is “in active pursuit of a sanctioned dark fleet vessel that is part of Venezuela’s illegal sanctions evasion.”
