Wisconsin state government and Milwaukee city offices will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Mail will be delivered and local post offices will be open on Christmas Eve, according to the U.S. Postal Service. However, Postal Service locations will be closed and mail will not be delivered on Christmas.
