"Spectrum gives you absolutely zero notice when they decide to service your area for 24 hrs. And you have to wait over an hour to get customer service. And they raise their rates at least twice a year if not quarterly. I'm fed up with them."

"Placed an order on september the first to be delivered on the seventh between 13:45 and 16:45 for a fifty five inch tv and a soundbar, The time came and went with no call and no show. Driver finally calls at eight fifteen, says they're picking up the soundbar at the at the store. I told them at that point we need to reschedule. I called and talked to customer service, and they said, I would have to call on Sunday. So I did, then they told me, I'd have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to process it. Here it is monday at twelve noon and still have not received a call back to schedule the new delivery and they've got my money. That has got to be the dumbest ass procedure, i've ever heard about you never make customer wait. And when you screw up that customer should get top priority to get it fixed. I wouldn't trust best lie if they were in church praying. Unfortunately yelp will not allow up me to give them zero stars when they truly deserve negative numbers."

"It's a shame that this is our last electronics store in the area. When you walk into a store and there's more employees than customers, you wouldn't expect it difficult to get some help. I just left the Best buy in Ontario, I was one of three customers in the store, was looking for a computer keyboard cover. After making four laps with a walking boot on I had to give up. I would love to support our local economy, but it looks like I will have to buy this one online."

"Went to Best Buy in Rockaway, New Jersey was looking for a cable UBC - C to lightning, which means it adapts to my car and then to the phone, after looking for help, which is totally impossible, I asked a sales person who seemed to be very occupied playing games on his phone, as opposed to helping customers, asking him if he could help me, he proceeds to tell me they don't make such a thing, I said I think that's incorrect, as he stopped, helping me, I went on my own in the store and lo and behold guess what I found the cable, I brought it up to him and told him I was sorry to inconvenience him as he was playing his game once again on his phone and showed him that they did in fact make them, and the store in fact carried them, with that being said I told him I'm not gonna buy it on general principal that he was not able to help me so all in all Best Buy lost $35 in a sale! Once again, AMAZON got my business for less than half the price"
